This website how to guide was created to assist you in accessing and utilizing all the features of our website. For ease of use, the website how to guide is divided into several key sections that are displayed as books within the navigation tree on the left hand side of the screen.

To look or explore within a given book, click on the + sign and a list of topics related to that book will be displayed. Simply click on the desired topic and information related to that topic will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

An index is also provided so that you can locate topics by first letter. Click on the Index tab and an alphabetized list of all index keywords will be presented. Simply click on an index keyword and you will be presented with all topics that are related to that keyword.

If you are unsure of what topic to select, click on the Search tab, type a phrase or keyword, and hit the enter key. A list of all topics that contain the phase or keyword will be displayed in a list on the left hand side of the screen. Click on the desired topic to display information about it.
