A participant can be removed from a given class by changing the class status of that participant. The easiest way to do this is to bring up the roster for the class and then bring up the class profile of the participant to remove.
To remove a participant from a class, follow these steps:
1. To view the roster or participant list for a particular class, go to the Coordinator Service page by clicking Coordinator Services on the navigation menu at the top of any page.
2. The Coordinator Services Page will be displayed
3. This page contains a list of all classes being coordinated by the you.
4. Find the class you want to review and click the View Roster link.
5. This will take you to the Class Roster List where you can see everyone currently registered for that class.
6. Locate the participant to remove within the list and click on the Class Profile link associated with that participant.
7. The class profile of the participant will be displayed.
8. Change the class status of the participant to "cancel" or "dropped".
9. Click on the Save Profile button to save the changes.
