Coordinators are be able to create a Weigh Down classes online. It is as simple as filling out a form and submitting it.
In order to create a class, follow these steps:
1. On the navigation menu at the top of any page, click on Coordinator services.
2. If you're not previously logged in for this session, log in here or, if you're a new user, register as a user on the Weigh Down Website.
3. The Coordinator Services Page will be displayed.
4. Click on the Create a New Class link on the left hand side of the page.
5. The Create New Class page will be displayed.
6. Enter the zip code of the location where the new class will be coordinated, then click on the GO! Button.
7. A list of all locations that currently exist within this zip code will be displayed.
8. Search the list to find the appropriate location. If you find the location in this list, click on the address link.
9. If the location you desire is not found, look to the bottom of the page for this line: If you did not find the address for the class within the above location list, click here to continue.
10. Once you do this, the Create a New Class form will be displayed.
11. Enter the new class information and click on the Submit button to send the information.
