Laura Alvarez’s Testimony

Hi my name is Laura Alvarez and I am seventeen years old. I am from Denver, Colorado. As you can see in my before picture I was unhappy on the outside and on the inside. All I thought about was myself. I weighed 155 pounds. I did not listen to my parents. If I was not happy, no one around me was happy. Going through The Last Exodus has helped me with many troubles. I have learned to love and appreciate my parents. I have learned to love God. I have lost thirty pounds by staying in the boundaries of hunger and fullness (God’s boundaries). My life has changed forever. I would never go back. I recommend this program to anyone.

Hola, mi nombre es Laura Álvarez y tengo 17 años. Soy de Denver, Colorado. Como pueden ver en mi foto de antes, era amargada por fuera y por dentro. Sólo pensaba en mí. Pesaba 155 libras. No obedecía a mis padres; si yo no estaba contenta, nadie a mi alrededor estaba contento. El Último Éxodo me ha ayudado a ponerle fin a muchos problemas. He aprendido a amar y a apreciar a mis padres. He aprendido a amar a Dios. He perdido 30 libras por mantenerme dentro de los límites de hambre y abastecimiento (los límites de Dios). Mi vida ha cambiado para siempre. Nunca retrocedería. Le recomiendo este programa a cualquiera.
