1) If you had the choice of which video format you would receive when you participate in "The Last Exodus" seminar series, which of the following would you order?

Standard VHS tapes for a video tape player.

DVD (Digital Video Disc) for my DVD player.

2) With our previous Weigh Down programs we have always provided audio cassette tapes with each participant kit. We are finding that most people have CD players in their home and in their automobiles now. If you participate in "The Last Exodus" seminar series, which audio format would you order?

Regular Audio Tape Cassettes are best for me.

CD (Compact Disc) is a much better option for me.

Neither, I still use an 8 track that came with my 1968 Buick... :)

3) Have you heard about Gwen's LIVE Webcast (Internet Broadcast) coming up on February 11th?

YES! I am definitely planning on watching this webcast on-line (I have watched webcasts before).

Yes, but I have never watched a webcast (internet broadcast) before. I am very interested in being able to see or at least hear this broadcast if it is fairly simple to get to it on my computer.

Yes, I would love to see the webcast, but February 11th will not work for me.

Yes, and I plan to attend, but I will certainly need technical support to do this.

Yes, I have heard about it but I am not very interested in watching this webcast.

4) What kind of internet connection do you have?

I have a dial-up connection to the internet.

I have a high-speed connection to the internet using Cable Modem or DSL at home.

The connection I have is fast, but I only connect to the internet at my work or at the local Library.

I really don't know what kind of connection I have, but I can connect from my house!

I don't have a connection at home, but a friend of mine has a fast connection that I use.

5) Which of the following would you cite as your favorite characteristic of the new "Last Exodus" seminar series?

This seminar series has been developed with youth in mind, and can be attended by children or even hosted entirely by young adults who are interested in going through the seminar with their own peer group, learning how to lay down addictions, and make the right choices according to God's Word!

The seminar series is very flexible and geared for families. Husbands and wives, children, teens, and young adults can all to go through the program together, several families at a time. What an awesome way for everyone to learn the same truths from Scripture, together.

This seminar series is totally appropriate for use in public or private schools and entire youth groups!

This series can be used by HR departments and employees in workplaces. Now people of any age or gender will have an alternative seminar that teaches healthy weight-loss and total freedom from other eating disorders, addictions, and it encourages excellent workplace morale and godly ethics!
